I wanted to start talking to you about scheduling! This to me is SO important and will help you greatly on your big day. The scheduling affects how I do my job, along with the jobs of many other vendors, so it will be great to have a schedule we can all pass along in order to help your day run smoothly and be that much more enjoyable.
If you have a wedding coordinator who has suggested a schedule, that’s great, but I really want to be part of that conversation! So if you haven’t already, please send me your coordinator’s email so we can talk things out. I want to make sure you are still part of the process so I will want your approval on the final time line before finalizing it with your wedding coordinator.
There are the things I need to know to create your mock-up schedule. Please know, none of this information is set in stone. It is just there you can start to have a feel of your big day. I will honestly create a schedule that allows you to see how long it takes me to capture certain pictures throughout your day. Of course, flexibility is must on a wedding day, but planning is always great so everyone has general guideline for the day. If you are super early in your planning, don’t worry, answer what you can! I will probably try to get something started so we can start figuring it out!
