Even though this wasn’t what was planned for the original day, I think it suited Steven and Allison even better. We got one of the craziest sunsets I had ever seen, and everyone was allowed to just be outside and enjoy what the beach had to offer. It was chill but so much fun. Everyone who was there made the party a worthy celebration, and the toasts had both the bride and groom crying by the end of the night.

It wasn’t long after our talk that they decided it was going to be the best decision to postpone their big plans until the following year. But, they still wanted to get married. They didn’t want to wait another year, and I didn’t blame them! So even though it wasn’t the party they anticipated, they gathered with a couple of close family members and got married in the woods behind Jordan’s parents’ house. And maybe it is just because I am an absolute sucker for an intimate wedding, but it was pretty magical.
